Project Canvas shoes were customized by renowned celebrities, artists and brands including designs by Mariah Carey with Crystal Icing. Of the lot that was offered for bidding, the Audemars Pieguet for Project Canvas shoe was picked by Mariah’s husband Nick Cannon for $21,000. Mariah Carey designed sneakers in collaboration with Crystal Icing which sold for $2,000 making it the highest standalone shoes to be bid on. Some of the other celebrities who created custom designs for the charity included Swizz Beatz, Cee Lo Green,Kris Markovich, Lee Quinones and Stevie Williams.
